Sorry for the delays - trying to work out bugs as I try and get this site back up and functional. The original site was subjected to several attacks. It has thus been a struggle to get things going again. Hopefully this will be worked out soon - and at least new material will begin to appear.

For those who have recently sent a membership request - as soon as these problems are addressed (and a mechanism has been found to successfully filter out spam registrations) you will be notified of obtaining access. I appreciate your interest and patience.
